Frank Sinatra - I'll Never Smile Again (Stardust)
I'll never smile again
Until I smile at you
I'll never laugh again
What good would it do
For tears would fill my eyes
My heart would realize
That our romance is through
I'll never love again
I'm so in love with you
I'll never thrill again
To somebody new
Within my heart
I know I will never start
To smile again
Until I smile at you
Within my heart
I know I will never start
To smile again
Until I smile at you
Pozostale piosenki artysty Frank Sinatra (1339):
Be Careful, Its My Heart
Blue Skies
Fools Rush In
Ill Be Seeing You
Ill Never Smile Again

| The Sinatra & Jobim (1967) piece on youtube shows how emotionally expressive Frank's voice was without the big band backing he usually had! |

| Bill Miller plays the intro, then the orchestra comes in, arranged by the great Nelson Riddle. |

| The piano's harmonisation sounds a little odd to me but harmony will be always a very personal matter. However I could not recognize Riddle so that the orchestra plays only during one dozen measures. Anyway, thank you for the info. |

| Amazing. Talk about an opening arrangement that exposes his voice to such close examination, it drags you into the meaning of the words with faultless phrasing. Then that ending, words fail me, sometimes I feel as I get older that I have become immune to some sentiments, but the hairs stood up on the back of my neck and a shiver went down my spine.
Absolutely, mind blowing, the essence of how one human being through sound alone can stir emotion in another human being. |

| Dodmen1 you must be joking. This is his definitive version of this song. Brilliant. The Sands thing was his filler live version that he did for 30 years when he couldn't sing this well anymore. |
